The Cirrus Research Noise Doctor offers a range of advice, products and support services, all developed to help the customer get the most from their noise measurement equipment.

The Noise Doctors – in their distinctive white medical coats – will be on hand to answer questions and help visitors find whatever they need.

Cirrus will also be showcasing its industry-leading Optimus range of high performance sound level meters, as well as doseBadge, the original wireless personal noise Dosimeter for occupational noise.

The doseBadge Noise Dosimeter

The doseBadge is the original wireless personal noise dosimeter. It is the ideal tool to carry out occupational and industrial hygiene noise measurements and provides a unique solution to these applications.

The doseBadge will measure, store and calculate the parameters essential for compliance with the noise regulations including LAVG, LCPeak & TWA. Along with these overall values, the doseBadge will store a Time History, or Noise Profile, throughout the measurement.

Combining an innovative design with simple, robust and reliable operation, the doseBadge noise dosimeter weighs only 51g (1.8oz). With no cables, controls or displays, the doseBadge can be worn in areas where there is a risk of damaging traditional style units or where there is a risk of tampering.

The Optimus Red Sound Level Meters

The optimus red sound level meters use the very latest digital technology and industrial design to give you the ideal instrument for Occupational and Industrial Hygiene noise measurements.

The optimus red sound level meters are the ideal instrument for these applications with a clear, high resolution OLED colour screen, a wide 120dB measurement span (up to 140dB(A) and 143dBC Peak) and simultaneous measurement of all available parameters.

There’s no setup or complicated configuration needed. Just switch on, calibrate and press start. It’s that simple.

With two additional “virtual” noise meters running at the same time, you can meet any noise regulation, guideline or standard. Whether you need to measure to OSHA HC & PEL, MSHA, ACGIH or any other regulation, an optimus red is the ideal instrument.
